1. General Information

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the SAĀN website, operated by Anna Faye.

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are headscarves and textile accessories.

Photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€).

• For deliveries in France and the European Union, prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes (VAT).

4. Order

Any order placed on the site is firm and final after payment validation.

The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of a previous dispute with the customer.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order.

Accepted payment methods are those offered on the site.

Transactions are secure.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered:

• in France

• in certain European Union countries: Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland, and Austria.

To the United Kingdom:

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for all applicable import taxes, customs duties, and other fees. These fees are not included in the price paid on the website and will be charged by customs authorities or the carrier upon delivery.

UK VAT (20%) and customs duties may apply depending on the total value of the order and the applicable thresholds: orders with a value below the £135 threshold may only be subject to VAT, while orders above this amount may be subject to both VAT and customs duties.

We recommend that you inquire with local authorities to determine the exact fees before placing an order.

Delivery times:

Delivery times are indicative.

The seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or customs formalities.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.

8. Returns and Refunds

Our scarves are designed as delicate textile pieces, requiring special attention due to their direct contact with the face and hair.

In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

However, to guarantee all our customers irreproachable products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• the product has not been worn, except for a simple try-on,

• the product has not been washed,

• the product is returned perfectly intact,

• without odor (perfume, smoke, perspiration),

• without signs of use (makeup, hair, hair products),

• and in its original packaging.

Any product that does not meet these criteria, or shows signs of use, may be refused and returned to the customer.

Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in case of error or non-conformity attributable to the seller.

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days, according to the initial payment method.

9. Liability

The seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order.
